The hotel is convenient located from highways. The place is relatively safe, there are multiple hotels in the area but it is very quiet. There are also multiple eating places nearby. Overall experience was very good. We stayed for a night during our travels. Our suite was clean and as described. The kitchenette came with dishes, sink and medium size fridge which were helpful with all the things you need for a toddler. The windows‘ shade also closed completely to give the dark that you need for the child to sleep, super helpful. There weee definitely some smells of marijuana at certain spots, overall the hotel was kept clean though. Breakfast was decent, that morning staff at reception and breakfast were very nice. The only downside was our checkin experience, we waited like forever for the lady to show up. Some other guests gave up and decided to leave. When the lady showed up, there was no concern or apology for being out of the desk for that long. As a matter of fact she was on her cell phone.

Decent Rooms, but the internet here is basically non existent. The internet is around 5Mpbs,and you can't even plug in. I contacted the front desk to see if there was an access code, or anything I was missing. They responded with no, and that I could pay for upgraded premium internet. I told the lady that I was a diamond member so I should automatically get upgraded internet. She then said they didnt have upgraded internet at this hotel....haha what. So that's the best internet you are going to get here. 5MBPS.. I had better internet 20 years ago. Also only 1 elevator works and the pool is also closed for maintenance.

From check-in to check-out everything was a breeze. Shanitta checked me in, quick, pleasant, friendly, and professional. She let me know everything about the hotel without me having to ask. The lobby was packed with people genuinely having a good time laughing, but the halls and floors were so quiet you could hear your own heartbeat. The room was crazy clean, housekeeping paid attention to detial, towels were dress right dress, wich I appreciated. They even turned tissue box into a flower. Beds, bedding, and pillows were smooth and felt fresh. We slept so well we woke naturally at 0415, without an alarm. Theres was a well maintained grass area for dogs, and hot fresh coffee was out (estimated time was 0500). Kaniyha was setting up for breakfast, checking items and restocking drink area, but stopped as soon as I walked toward the front desk. She completed my checked-out which took less than a minute (with a printed receipt). She looked actually happy and was friendly, taking the time to chat with me. Her friendly demeanor, smile, and warm morning greeting set a lovely tone to the start of our day and long drive ahead. I hope these two employees warmth and kidness are appreciate
